We bought this for a Sony ZV-1F when we were trying to shoot video outside without the image blowing out. It worked — cut the light just enough to use wider apertures in bright sun.
The filter screws on tight and sits flush. The foam-lined case keeps it protected between uses. If you’re shooting in bright conditions and want more control over depth of field, this does the job without adding bulk.
